The $500 Security deposit is refundable 14 days after your stay if there is no damage.  Any damage above the security deposit will be billed accordingly. 

Cleaning Practices
  • Disinfectant is used to clean the property
  • High-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected
  • Sheets and towels are washed at 60°C/140°F or hotter
  • Follows industry cleaning and disinfection practices of Travel in the New Normal (US Travel - USA) and COVID-19 Guidelines (CDC)
Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

The Transaction Fee is fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
