The main dining room table can seat 6 and the sofa table folds out to a full-size dining room table that can seat 6. There are plenty of games and puzzles for all ages and a large smart TV in the Living Room with 2 full-size sofas, one of them as a sleeper sofa. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with a sink on the main floor along with 2 bedrooms- Kids room(2 bunk beds(4 XL Twin mattresses) and a bedroom(Queen-size bed) that overlooks the pool, and 1 full bathroom(tub/shower/toilet/single sink vanity) The upstairs(top floor level) has 1 full bathroom(soaker jacuzzi tub/standing shower/double sink vanity/toilet) 2 bedrooms- a master bedroom(King-Size bed) that has Sound Side water views and a bedroom(Queen-Size bed) with a balcony that overlooks the views of the Gulf and the Sound Side water views.  If you like a heated pool contact us to have it heated upon arrival for an additional fee per day. (Pool heating is available from October to March-weather permitting) Every amenity we can think of you will have. EVERYTHING Listed is provided~ All Bed Linens, Pillows, Bath towels, Swimming Pool towels, Washcloths, and Hand towels.  A starter set of Dishwasher Tablets, Dishsoap, Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Kitchen Trash Bags are provided to get you through your first couple of days and then you will need to bring/purchase extra if needed. 4- Beach Cruisers Bicycles are available in the garage (2 Adults and 2 Young Adults) No helmets provided use at your own risk. 6- Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler with wheels, and a beach cart are available. There are plenty of beach toys provided and donated by previous guests.     Beach Directions-The closest walk to the beach is only a few minutes away as you need to walk around the houses to get there, just go down White Sands Blvd (west) to the stop sign and turn left (South Carolina) and you will see the beach 1/2 block in front of you. Other public beach accesses are within a short driving distance. All Beaches on the island are public and free parking. There are public beaches along the National Seashore(West towards Pensacola Beach) and a National Park-Opal Beach(3 mile drive from the house) with the option to purchase a daily pass or annual pass. This park has bathrooms and outdoor showers along with gazebos for use if not already rented out for events- Beautiful park -we highly recommend.
